ELEMENTS Celebrates 15 Years of Innovation in Media Storage and Workflows
This year, we are celebrating 15 years of ELEMENTS. Since 2011, we have evolved from a shared storage innovator into a fully connected ecosystem for modern media workflows.
Over the past 15 years, we have worked closely with production, post-production, and broadcast teams, as well as a growing number of content-driven organizations, to help simplify media workflows across every stage of production. Today, the ELEMENTS platform spans high-performance storage, media asset management, workflow automation, cloud-connected collaboration, and AI-powered search and metadata workflows.
Over the years, our focus has been on building technology that genuinely improves the way media professionals work. What began as a commitment to powerful, user-friendly shared storage has grown into a broader workflow ecosystem supporting every stage of modern media production.
Heiner Lesaar, Co-Founder & CTO
The industry has changed dramatically since we started. File sizes have grown, deadlines have tightened, workflows have become increasingly distributed, and seamless connections between on-premises and cloud environments are now essential. Throughout this evolution, we have continued developing our platform to help customers work with greater speed, flexibility, and control — while maintaining the security, reliability, and responsive support they rely on.
This milestone offers us a moment to look ahead. As the industry continues to evolve, we remain focused on delivering scalable, intelligent, and agile solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Andre Kamps, Co-Founder & CEO
From our headquarters in Düsseldorf, Germany, alongside teams across Europe, the UK, Scandinavia, and the United States, we are proud to support a diverse range of organizations with demanding media and content workflows. As we look ahead to the future, we remain committed to developing technologies and integrations that simplify workflows, unlock performance, strengthen collaboration, and support increasingly connected hybrid and cloud-based production environments.
Thank you for being part of the journey.
