Summary
We hope this little overview helps you to make decisions regarding upgrading your systems to macOS 11 Big Sur. Our general approach is to not rush operating system update on a production environment since most software has dependencies to many operating system internals. Especially in the case of mac OS 11 Big Sur, Apple has made a lot of changes, which means a conservative update strategy is recommended.
