We at ELEMENTS are all about making workflows flow – smoothly and most efficiently. For Adobe MAX 2019 we have put a lot of effort and brain power into a brand new engine we call ELEMENTS Workflow Automation.

This powerful tool takes workflow automation to the next level by allowing users – with virtually no coding skills required – to:

• Visually build multi-step automation
• Use pre-coded templates (For example Archive and Restore to Amazon S3 Cloud)
• Have automation run automatically in the background or on click demand
• Bring complex tasks and scripts up to a level that are easy to visualise and use

The Workflow Automation Engine now provides more flexibility than ever before as it allows advanced users to script operations in either Bash or Python. With the FFmpeg library built into all ELEMENTS systems, in depth media operations are assured – and automatic e-mail and Slack notifications are still part of the available workflow.

For environments utilizing ELEMENTS Media Library it gets even better, as predefined operations can be triggered directly from the visualised assets!
