AI-connected media storage, built for modern workflows
Building on its trusted reputation for high-performance media infrastructure, ELEMENTS is evolving beyond storage to bring media management, automation, collaboration, cloud integration and AI-powered workflows together in one flexible platform.
At IBC 2026, ELEMENTS will demonstrate how intelligent workflows can become a practical part of everyday media operations, helping teams simplify production environments, connect tools and people more effectively, and work across on-prem, cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
Meet the new MCP connector
At the heart of the IBC showcase is the new ELEMENTS MCP connector, enabling AI agents powered by ChatGPT and Claude to interact directly with the ELEMENTS platform.
Instead of manually configuring workflows or writing code, users can describe what they want to achieve in natural language. The agent can then determine and configure the workflow steps required to deliver the desired outcome.
This opens a simpler way to create and manage complex media workflows, with examples including:
- Generating secure review links
- Automating archive processes
- Provisioning users and permissions
- Orchestrating connected workflows across the production environment
The MCP connector enables automation while maintaining the security, governance and operational oversight required by professional production environments.
We’re reaching a point where AI is no longer just assisting media workflows; it can actively participate in them. Our role is to ensure those interactions are intuitive and secure so organizations can embrace AI with confidence while keeping people firmly in control.

See it in action
Beyond the MCP connector, ELEMENTS will showcase advanced capabilities already helping media teams work more efficiently, including smart metadata enrichment, intelligent search and workflow automation.
Eagle Studio Founder Ashay Javadekar will join ELEMENTS at IBC to showcase how production data captured at source can flow directly into ELEMENTS Media Library and remain accessible throughout post-production. The demonstration will feature Eagle Slate, the world’s first production slate for immersive workflows, showing how trusted storage, intelligent metadata and automation can connect the journey from set to post.
High-performance infrastructure
Smart workflows need a strong foundation. ELEMENTS will highlight its high-performance storage capabilities, demonstrating the performance and reliability required by demanding post-production, grading, broadcast and content creation environments across on-prem, cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
The showcase will also highlight the latest developments in GRID, reinforcing its continued evolution as part of the ELEMENTS offering.
